Law reviews “irrelevant?”

According to an article by Adam Liptak in yesterday’s TimesSelect, “[Chief Judge Dennis] Jacobs and six of his colleagues on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit said in a lecture hall jammed with law professors at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law this month that [law review] scholarship no longer had any impact on the courts.”

Or, if you prefer not to register, you can read a summary of Liptak’s article on the Chronicle of Higher Education’s news blog.
