Reserve a Group Study Room online!

Reserve a Group Study Room online!

The library is happy to announce law students no longer need to come all the way to the library to reserve a study space for their groups. Starting April 1st*, students can login to the reservation tool on the library’s website and reserve one of the three group study rooms at the library for 1-3 hours at a time. Reservations can be made three weeks in advance.

You will find a link to the tool in the “related links” menu on the “Forms and Services” page of the library website.

To visit the tool now click on the following link:

http://www.law.harvard.edu/library/services/students/index.html

Once you authenticate, you will be brought to the room and time selection screen. If you see a green box – you are in luck – reserve that room! If you see a red box, someone has beat you to it. After you make the reservation, an e-mail will be sent to your address for future reference.

If you need any assistance navigating through the tool feel free to stop by either library circulation desk or give us a call at 495-3455 and we will be happy to walk you through the reservation process.

*Reservations made via the paper reservation booklet between March 26th and April 1st will of course be honored.
