Although you need to follow the Bluebook for citation principles, there are times when you have a footnote to a foreign legal document not covered in the Bluebook.

Go to HOLLIS and choose “Subject Beginning With” and type in “Citation of Legal Authorities.” This will bring up all legal citation works broken out by jurisdiction, either country or state of the U.S.  You can then use a specific country’s citation form as an example.
