The Supreme Court and the MSM

Two recent articles in the Mainstream Media (MSM) argue about the power of the U.S. Supreme Court.

Christopher Shea on October 7, 2007 in the Boston Globe argued for the court to be downsized in power.  In this week’s Time Magazine, David Von Drehle, calls the court, the Incredibly Shrinking Court.  imageRead both and you decide.
