Lawrence A. Sullivan, HLS Class of 1951, passed away last week at the age of 84. He was a law professor at Berkeley for the past forty years and at Southwestern for the past fifteen.
Professor Sullivan was a 1978 Guggenheim Fellow and a leading scholar on antitrust law who wrote a popular hornbook on the subject.
While at HLS, he wrote a 3L paper on collective bargaining and served on the Editorial Board of the Harvard Law Review with (among others) Frank Sander, Note Editor Detlev Vagts, and Law Review President James Vorenberg.
