Book Event: Obamacare on Trial with Einer Elhauge — Now on Video!

Despite the results of this week’s re-election, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, commonly referred to as Obamacare, still faces “policy hurdles and logistical challenges” in the coming months during its implementation.

Learn more about the constitutional challenges facing this important health care legislation and its future implications by watching this video recording of an all-star panel of experts and their dynamic conversation on Obamacare in the context of Einer Elhauge’s new book, Obamacare on Trial.

The panel discussion was held on November 1, 2012 and was the Harvard Law School Library’s first book event for fall 2012.  Panelists include Einer Elhauge and Glenn Cohen of Harvard Law School and the Petrie-Flom Center for Health Law Policy, Biotechnology, and Bioethics, Sanford Levinson of the University of Texas at Austin Law School, Abigail Moncrieff of Boston University School of Law, and John McDonough of the Harvard School for Public Health.

Please join HLSL for two more book events planned for early February 2013, Kenneth W. Mack’s Representing the Race, The Creation of the Civil Rights Lawyer, and for Mark Tushnet’s Routledge Handbook of Constitutional Law. Watch for future announcements on Et Seq.
