Area of Interest Poverty Law and Economic Justice

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, nearly 40 million people in the United States live in poverty. At Harvard Law School, students work side-by-side with faculty to research the causes of and solutions to poverty in America, fight inequality, advocate for laws and policies that promote economic justice, and represent indigent clients in the school’s 37 legal clinics and 11 student practice organizations.
