Getting Ready for Summer

From April 11th-19th, the library is offering research sessions on Administrative Law, Intellectual Property, and Statutes & Legislative History. These sessions are designed to review research strategy and techniques needed to conduct research efficiently at your summer associate or clerk positions. Viacom is suing YouTube

From the Associated Press: “Media conglomerate Viacom Inc. is suing YouTube for $1 billion, claiming that the video-sharing site had built a business by using the Internet to ‘willfully infringe copyrights on a huge scale.’” Here is the complaint.
