Billing

In the dormitory-style residential halls, room charges are invoiced once per semester, typically issued in early July and early December.

Alternatively, rooms in the apartment-style locations are billed on a monthly basis. August and May are prorated according to the start and end dates specified in the apartment lease, while full monthly rates apply from September through April, encompassing approximately nine months in total.
